Who is responsible for your information?

Synthra Robotics is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our privacy contact can be reached at info@synthrarobotics.com.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive:

• the inquiry path you choose (for example, restaurant deployment or research collaboration);
• your name and email address;
• optionally, your organization, your role and the context you add (for example, your venue);
• your message;
• the country your connection comes from, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not receive your IP address with the inquiry.

To protect the form, your IP address and signals from your browser are processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated abuse, and your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. We receive only the result of that check.

When you browse, our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It may give us aggregate statistics that do not identify you.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in your message.

Why we use it

• to read and answer your inquiry, and to continue the conversation you started;
• to keep a record of our business correspondence;
• to protect the website and the contact form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Consent

By sending an inquiry, you consent to our using the information you provide for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@synthrarobotics.com; we will then stop using your information, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers to run the website and deliver inquiries: Cloudflare, for hosting, security, the Turnstile check and email delivery; and our email provider, for storing the inquiries we receive. They process personal information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Some of these providers store or process information in the United States and other countries. While it is there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under the laws of those countries.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising and does not use third-party trackers.

While you write an inquiry, your draft is kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only, so it survives a reload. It is deleted when you send it or close the tab, and it does not reach us until you send it.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to protect the site and to run the Turnstile check.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our business correspondence, and are then deleted. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of the contact service, such as the time, outcome and reference number of a submission, for troubleshooting and security.

How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict transport security. The contact service accepts submissions only from this website, checks each one, and stores nothing in a database: an inquiry goes directly to our inbox, which only the people at Synthra who answer inquiries can open.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@synthrarobotics.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
